From 2024, Spotify will no longer pay for tracks that do not reach the 1000 streams per year mark. This means that many artists in my segment will not be paid, even though you are streaming our music. Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't seem to be interested in the complaints of numerous music organisations either. If you care about good, independent music, I urge you to either acquire legions of fans :-), or change your music streaming service. I recommend checking out Tidal, Apple Music, Deezer and Amazon Music. They pay artists better and also offer better service in some cases.
